Originally founded as Eastlake Associates in 1986 by designer, builder and artist Jerrald Hayes the company changed it’s name was incorporated in 1988 as Paradigm Associates, Ltd. With 2009 Paradigm Associates Ltd.is now Paradigm Projects, Ltd. and is now a diversified project oriented, privately held corporation with special interests and skills applicable in residential interiors & exteriors, store & restaurant interiors, trade show & museum exhibits, themed environments, as well as computer technology.
Paradigm is an outstanding project-based small shop producer of distinctive and unique environments for home and business in the New York tri-state region. Using innovative design, traditional artisanship, state-of-the-art building techniques, and the latest in computer technology Paradigm has built a reputation for quality and excitement in the "built" environment.
Since the production and management of residential building and remodeling projects is unique and very different from the other areas we are involved in we’ve created this web site to specifically deal with the production values that are important to you as a homeowner or builder such as the design, organization, timing, artistic quality, and cleanliness of your project.
Jerrald brings over 34 years of a wide and varied experience from working in Building & Remodeling and Theatre Design & Technology trades to both project management and general contracting.
Jerrald’s has a 27 plus years run of experience with Critical Chain Project Management (CPM) and 10 years of experience with the newer more modern Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) method which is based on the principles of Theory of Constraints management.
Jerrald also produces and writes in a blog called Northeasternhomes.com 
and hopes to make it into essentially an on-line Home and Garden magazine and resource directory that provides information and resources for homeowners in the Westchester County NY and Fairfield County CT region and someday maybe all of of New England.
in January of 2003 Jerrald started Paradigm-360.com a construction business consulting operation that works with other contractors to provide information technology and project and production management solutions. And is the winter of 2005 Jerrald created 360Difference.com a web site that markets and sells the estimating and job control software he has designed and engineered.
In May of 2006 Jerrald created the Stairscapes.com brand to feature our expertise with design and installation of architectural stairbuilding and handrailings and later on in July of 2006 created the Summerstructures.com brand to feature our expertise with outdoor projects such as decks, cabanas, porches, patios, pergolas, gazebos, treehouses, arbors, trellises, sheds, playhouses, and outdoor furniture too.
He is also a skilled artist/illustrator, painter, sculptor, graphic designer, theatrical set & lighting designer as well as carpenter builder.
